Jojoba oil hails many benefits for the nails and cuticles. Vitamin rich and deeply moisturising, healing brittle nails and promoting healthy growth whilst keeping your cuticles soft and nourished.  The vitamins A and E, and omega-6 fatty acids abundant in jojoba oil are essential components of the skin’s barrier.  This barrier protects on the skin’s surface and combined with the anti-inflammatory effects of the vitamin E, allows the skin to heal and regenerate its cells.  It also acts as a humectant, meaning it works to retain moisture in the skin. Cuticles prevent bacteria from entering the root of the nail so it is essential to keep them healthy. What is more, jojoba oil is so similar in structure to make up of our own naturally produced sebum.  This means jojoba oil is so readily absorbed into the skin.

Extra Virgin Olive oil is a key ingredient due to being rich in vitamins A & E, polyphenols, phytosterols and avenasterol to help promote healthy and strong nails. By keeping the cuticles soft and healthy, the olive oil helps grow stronger nails by softening the cuticles thus allow the nail matrix underneath to create the cells of stronger nails.

Avocado oil benefits nails and cuticles by promoting keratin production to strengthen brittle nails, and by providing intense nourishment to soften and condition dry cuticles. The abundancy of potassium, vitamin E and fatty acids help prevent breakage, promotes healthy nail growth and gives nails a beautiful, natural shine. Avocado oil also contains lipids and omega-3 fatty acids, which help nourish and soften your nails. It even has antimicrobial properties, necessary to maintain nail and cuticle health.
