Can I pay over the phone?

Yes. We can now accept telephone payments. Please phone us on 07957298366 between 9.30-4 Monday to Friday. If we are busy and cannot answer your call, please leave a message and we will call you back.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, we are a vegan run and owned business and veganism is at the heart of everything we do.  That is why our products hold The Vegan Society trademark. Every ingredient we use is carefully scrutinised by the The Vegan Society and we love that.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Unfortunately, gift wrapping is not a strength that either one of us has so, no, sorry we don’t & you probably wouldn’t want us to! Really, we are that bad!

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Yes of course, please enter the text you require at the checkout.  In order to save paper, we do not enclose receipts in orders so the recipient will not see the cost.

How long do your products last once opened?

Our products should be used within 6 months of opening.

I placed an order but forgot to login so haven’t accrued my loyalty points, can they be added on?

Unfortunately, the loyalty points are automatically generated & we are unable to add them on after an order has been placed if you weren’t logged in at the time of ordering.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our products have a 2-year shelf life from date of manufacture.  We manufacture in small batches to keep our stock as fresh as possible.

Are you 100% plastic free?

We use glass jars and aluminium tins and our refills come in compostable bags.

We use aluminium lids for our products which do have an EPE liner which helps keep the products sealed.  We are constantly trying to find an alternative for this but as yet haven’t found one.  Please do let us know if you know of a manufacturer.  We use recycled labels and print with eco-friendly, toxic free printer ink.

Do you use plastic free packaging?

Yes! We use recycled cardboard boxes and envelopes as well as recycled paper void fill & paper packaging tape.  We also reuse clean used label sheets to pad out and protect orders as well.  We reuse packaging (where goods have been delivered to us) where possible and packaging that we receive that is not plastic free or boxes are of a size that we cannot reuse, we pass these on to our network of local businesses who reuse these.  This helps keeps our waste low.

Where is my order?

When your order is despatched, you should receive an automatically generated confirmation of despatch. However, if you do not receive an email, it may have gone into the spam folder or may have been rejected by your security systems.  Feel free to contact us request the dispatch email to be re-sent or enquire about your order update.  Please also see our delivery & returns page for more information. We have first and second class postage options. Tracked 24 is aimed to be delivered within 1 working day from despatch and Tracked 48 is 2 working days from despatch. This is not guaranteed.

Do you use palm oil in your products?

Absolutely not!

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, we do not use any ingredients that contain gluten but our products are not certified as gluten free.

Are all of your products organic?

We only use organic or naturally occurring ingredients.  Naturally occurring ingredients, such as salts and clays, cannot be called organic.  Products that are labelled as organic are made from 100% organic ingredients.  We are not currently a certified organic business due to the high cost involved in certification.  However, we only use organically certified ingredients.  

Can I return my empty jars & bottles to you?

Yes please! We will sterilise and reuse your glass jars and bottles.  What’s more, we give 50p in store credits to your account per container returned to us.  However, we are unable to cover the cost of postage.  Royal Mail standard parcel covers up to 2kg in weight so it’s always a good idea to wait until you have several empties to return to us.  PLEASE DO MAKE SURE YOU WRAP THE JARS AND BOTTLES SECURELY TO ENSURE NO BREAKAGES OCCUR. However, there is a carbon footprint involved in returning jars to us so why not see if you can reuse them yourself.

Where else can I buy your products?

We supply trade and wholesalers and our products are sold throughout England, Wales & Scotland.  Due to selling direct to wholesalers, we do not necessarily know all the stockists who sell our products and therefore it would be difficult to have an up to date list.
