Packaging

Environmental awareness is at the core of everything we do.  Therefore we use recycled:

• cardboard boxes
• paper
• paper packing tape
• corrugated cardboard packing

We also reuse packing items from goods we have received.

UK Delivery

Orders are generally posted by Royal Mail .  Occasionally they may be sent by courier.

Delivery prices/options as follows:

• Free delivery on all UK orders over £40 ( Tracked 48)
• Tracked 48 – £3.79 
• Tracked 24 – £4.49 

We usually ship within 1-2 working days.

 In busy times it may take us a little longer to despatch orders. If so, we will keep you informed.

If you are usually away from home during the day, please advise us of an alternative delivery address or a safe place for your parcel to be left.

International Delivery

We are sorry to say that we no longer offer international delivery.  This may change in future.

Re-delivery

We will charge £3.79 for UK redelivery  if an order is returned to us because:

or if being sent by courier, no one is in to receive the parcel

an incomplete or incorrect delivery address was provided

If undelivered orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund given will have any delivery and/or return charges deducted from the refund amount.

Returns Policy

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return an item for a full refund or exchange, then simply return it to us within 30 days. Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc.) otherwise we will not be able to refund you. Please note that the cost of returning the goods to us, must be met by you and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage in the unlikely event of the goods not reaching us.

It is your statutory right to cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 working days from the day after you receive the goods. The cost of returning the goods to us must be met by you.

Faulty Goods

We inspect all products to ensure they are of the highest standard .  However, should you find a fault with your products please rest assured in the knowledge that that we will happily refund or exchange the product, once the product has been inspected by us.
